HELLO! I'm Sera and I am an aspiring fashion designer. My parents must think I have some sort of mental disorder, being obsessed with clothes and all, but I think you should do what you love, and I'm hoping to be able to make a career out of my "disease". Ever since I was a kiddie, my life revolved around clothes. I love fashion: how you can be anything you desire, and how you are the walking canvas.  Life is a runway, so own it. It's all or nothing, baby.  So don't be afraid to come to school in a fancy dress,  ridiculous makeup or golden harem pants, because believe me, I've been there. After a while, you force people to respect your style and it's one of the best feelings in the world. Kind of like winning the nobel peace prize for fashion. I also really enjoy photography, so you'll probably see a lot of street style pictures and runway collages, as well as my own stuff pop up.

Resident geek of this blog, Jess, here! So I'm not as much of a fashion fanatic as Sera, but I'm still a great lover of this art. I'll probably be doing most of the written portions of this blogs, and don't hate me but I love a pun or two now and then *cue rimshot*. Fashion is an amazing way to express yourself and not just because you can dress like a giant butterfly. Seriously though, having your own style defines you, why go with the consensus when you could be that giant butterfly? Personally, I'm a bit of a blue-collar gal myself and I believe you don't have to spend to be fashionable; like the fashion goddess, Edna Woolman had once proclaimed, "Fashion can be bought, style one must possess".
